Discretionary Use

 
An application for Development Permit #4225 for the development of a Home Occupation business has been received for the following location:   5423 - 53 Street; Lot 13, Block 55, Plan 9222360
This property is located within a R3 - Medium Density Residential District and a Home Occupation is a Discretionary Use. 
This business venture will include home renovations, improvements, woodworking and interior finishing work. The majority of the work will be done at the customers property, with some tools and stock stored in the detached garage at this location.

Notice of Subdivision Approval

Take notice that on January 9, 2017 City of Camrose Subdivision Approval Authority conditionally approved the following subdivisions:

The purpose of this subdivision is to subdivide the existing parcel into two (2) individually titled parcels, allowing future development on the south lot.
