Notice of Subdivision Approval

Take notice that on January 9, 2017 City of Camrose Subdivision Approval Authority conditionally approved the following subdivisions:   
SUB 08-16     Lot 14, Block 1, Plan 2968MC   5807 - 48 Avenue
The purpose of this subdivision is to subdivide the existing parcel into two (2) individually titled parcels, allowing future development on the south lot.

SUB 10-16    Lot 7, Block 12, Plan 7200U     5214 - 44 Street
The purpose of this subdivision is to subdivide the existing parcel along the duplex party wall into two (2) individually titled parcels.   
 
SUB 11-16    Lot 71/72, Block 1, Plan 1320516   5237-5239 - 36 Avenue 
The purpose of this subdivision is to adjust the lot line between lot 71 and 72 to align with a fence that was located in the wrong location. 
    

Notice of Public Hearings - Redistricting

RE:    Bylaw 2920-16     Road Closure -Camrose Drive/Valleyview West 
Proposed to close a portion of road right-of-way abutting to Camrose Drive within and adjacent to the boundaries of valleyview West Phase 2. Portions of the closed road right-of-way will be redistricted as R1-Low Density Residential, R2-Medium Density Residential, R2-High Density Residential and C2-Highway Commercial land use district. 
RE:    Bylaw 2921-16     Valleyview West 
Proposed redistricting from R4-High Density Residential District to C2-Highway Commercial district, RE-Parks and Recreation District and I-Institutional land use districts. 

Any person(s) who have an interest in the passing of either or both of the above bylaws, are encourage to attend the Public Hearing. Any written submissions to be considered by City Council are required by February 14, 2017 at 4:00pm, and to be submitted to:  Kim Isaak, Deputy City Manager, 5204-50 Avenue, Camrose, AB T4V 0S8 or email: kisaak@camrose.ca
 
Notice is hereby given that Council may thereafter without further notice, proceed with final approval of Bylaw 2920-16 and 2921-16 at the regular Council Meeting on February 21, 2017.
