Services
The Camrose Airport is owned and operated by the City of Camrose. It offers services for private pilots, visiting aircraft, flight training, rental aircraft, medivac, helicopters, and aircraft servicing the needs of local companies.
History
Camrose has been meeting the needs of the aviation community since the formation of the Camrose Flying Society and its first grass turf runway over 50 years ago.
Since its foundation, the Airport has undergone many changes to reach its current status as a 4,512' paved lighted runway with 24-hour access to fuel and terminal building. Over the years one thing has remained the same - the commitment to meeting expanding community needs.
Camrose Airport Master Plan
In 2012 the City of Camrose engaged LPS AVIA Consulting to work with the City to develop a Master Plan for the Camrose Municipal Airport to help guide the City in the growth and development of the Camrose Airport.
