The City of Camrose completed the 2011 Citizen Satisfaction Survey from May 24 to June 3, 2011.
The City engaged the services of Ipsos Reid to conduct 300 telephone interviews with a randomly selected sample of Camrose residents aged 18 years of age or older. Respondents were asked questions on the following matters:
1. Core Survey:
a) Issue agenda (most important community issues).
b) Quality of life perceptions.
c) Satisfaction with municipal services.
d) Financial planning (perceived value for municipal taxes).
e) Communication and information needs.
2. Perceptions of Staff and Council.
3. Citizen priorities and expectations.
4. Infrastructure.
This survey provides valuable information to the City and allows us to compare our results to municipal norms across the country. The City of Camrose thanks all participants.
